- New and unused. Used items are not eligible for refund.
- In its original packaging.
Custom products are non-returnable. Please be sure to provide the most accurate information possible when creating a custom order to avoid any problems. You can learn more about our custom order policy here.
Please keep in mind that shipping charges must be prepaid and do not qualify for refund credit.
ProcessHow to return an item:
- Package item(s) in the original product packaging. Please include all paperwork, parts, and accessories. In order to receive full credit, the returned item must be in new, unused condition.
- Remove all extra labels from the package.

- We recommend using a shipping method that includes a tracking number. You can monitor delivery status your return using the tracking number.
- Your order will be refunded within 15 days of receipt. Credit will be issued in the same form as the original payment.
