Basic Information

Custom products have a minimum order size of three. 

All of our blades can be augmented for superior resilience and durability:

• HiDensity Wrap - our special fiberglass reinforcement sheath
• Double Trouble Extra Strength - a fiberglass-Kevlar weave designed to protect against abrasion with an extra layer of our HiDensity Wrap
  
• Rhino Wrap - fiberglass inlaid with bonded Kevlar and carbon fiber for maximal strength

Blade Customization

We can create custom blades, but the level of precision depends on what kind of information you can provide. Ideally, you should mail us an old blade so it can be digitally scanned and reproduced. 

If you are unable to mail in the actual blade, then provide a picture. It won't be as accurate, but we can do it. Finally, if you don't have a picture of your blade, please provide a list of specifications. Once again, this will be less accurate than the previous options.

Ordering Process
To place a custom order, please add any special instructions to the text box on our checkout page. After you complete your order, you can upload image files if necessary.

You can mail your pattern information or old blades to:

1. Write your name on the pattern or the old blade.
2. Include your order number with the submission

Custom Graphics

All our products can be customized with simple or pre-made designs. We offer custom vinyl wraps at $19.99 per stick. We can also do custom screen prints, but there is a one-time setup fee of $99.99.

For larger orders (50 stick minimum), we can use a near infinite range of custom colors and designs, within reason of course (i.e. no rainbow striping or camo).

Customization Terms

Hockey Sticks

Curve Type: other options include Heel Twist or Mid Twist

Curve Depth:

• Very Deep - tends to be 13/16" (21mm)
  
• Deep - typically 3/4" (19mm); sometimes 9/16" (15mm)
• Moderate - usually 1/2" (14mm)
• Slight - normally 7/16" (11mm); may also be 3/8" (9mm)

Face Angle: Neutral (the same as Straight)

Toe Shape: 

• Beveled
• Square Top with Round Bottom
• Round Top with Square Bottom
